Registration desk is located at ground floor of Al-Hashemi II Hall. It is open daily from 08:00 to 16:00.
Registration Fees
Before September 1st, 2012: 250US$ From September 1st, 2012: 350US$ For participants from Kuwait: 15 KD
Individual ESGE members will have 20% discount.
Registration fee includes all symposium material, lunch and refreshments.
Exhibition
An exhibition of pharmaceutical and industrial products islocated at first floor foyer of Al-Hashemi II Hall. Exhibition is open daily from 09:30 to16:30.
NameTags
The Symposium badge/name tag should be worn by all participants and exhibitors at all times during the Symposium.
Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner will beat Al-Boom Restaurant, Radisson blu Hotel on October 6, 2012 at 07:30. Fee: 25KD.
Accreditation
The Symposium has been accredited for 12 credits (category 1) by the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization.
Certification
Participants wishing to claim CME points must fill in the Symposium evaluation form. Certificates will be given only during the Symposium upon giving back the evaluation form.
